THE WAIT is almost over as the Oldham Open 2015 is nearly here.
The popular exhibition will take place from October 17 until December 5 this year and is open to artists of all ages who live, work or study in Oldham.
And if you want to showcase your work there is still time to get involved as entries can be submitted until September 26.
You may submit one or two pieces of work in a variety of media, such as drawings, paintings, photographs, textiles, ceramics, jewellery, sculpture, film and video.
The Oldham Open is held every two years and work is for sale, so it’s the ideal opportunity to pick up some early Christmas presents for any art lovers in your life.
All work must be ready to be displayed and previous submissions will not be accepted.There is a £5 non-refundable charge for each entry.
