It is not often that a house is sold above the asking price after just 24 hours on the market – but that’s what a successful estate agency in Lees can boast.
Smooth Moves, based on the village high street, managed to attract three offers in super-quick time and negotiate a great deal for the house in Greenfield.
And their clients – who approached the agency after spotting their advert in the Saddleworth Independent – were delighted with their work.
