HOT on the heels of opening their new practice in Greenfield, the team at Allegro Optical is celebrating again.
This time the optical group raised its glasses having won the Scale-Up Business of the Year at the Federation of Small Businesses regional finals in York.
Managing Director Stephen Tighe said: “This new award helps to give us a very solid footing for 2019.
“It goes a long way to recognising the team’s hard work and dedication to customer service.
“We may be known as ‘the musician’s optician’ but we pride ourselves on providing award-winning eye care to the whole community.”
Director and Dispensing Optician Sheryl Doe said: “We’ve come a long way but I still feel like we’re only at the beginning.
“Coming to Saddleworth was a big step for us, especially as it came less than two years after opening in Meltham.
“The people of Greenfield have made us feel so welcome and we are really enjoying the community feel developing around the Greenfield Centre.
“Winning the Regional FSB Scale-Up Award means so much to us all as we can see the hard work we have put in has been recognised.”
