BRASS band favourites Black Dyke will raise the roof once more at the Civic Hall in Uppermill.
The top band, established in 1855 and current Yorkshire Champions, will perform ‘The Very Best of Brass’ at the venue on Saturday, October 7, starting at 7.30pm.
The evening will compered by David Hoyle, a BBC Radio Leeds presenter who hosts a popular brass band programme every Sunday.
Phil Beckwith, organiser of the event, said: “Black Dyke are arguably the number one brass band in the world so we are very lucky to have them performing here again.
“Musical director Dr Nicholas Childs is putting together a great programme for the night with fantastic pieces and soloists throughout the evening.
“Tickets are moving fast but there still a few on sale so don’t miss out!”
