DELICATE AND colourful works will adorn the walls at Saddleworth Museum for ‘In A 17th Century Garden’ embroidery exhibition this month.
The event, organised by the Huddersfield Embroiderers’ Guild, includes a bright array of pieces capturing birds, nature, trees and plants and even buildings.
It is showing at the Museum in Uppermill from Saturday, October 4 to Sunday November 2, daily from 1-4pm. There will be an open afternoon with demonstrations on Saturday, October 11 at 1-3pm.
