CREATURES great and small were decked in festive attire for the annual Horseman’s Carol Service at Friezland Equestrian Arena in Greenfield.
Organised by Friezland User Group, the service was led by Rev Canon Sharon Jones, the Saddleworth Team Rector, and also included readings from local councillors Alan Belmore and John McCann as well as Debbie Abrahams MP.
There were also rousing hymns accompanied by Oldham Music Centre Wind Ensemble and a blessing for the animals.
