DINERS can treat their tastebuds in style when a popular restaurant in Denshaw is relaunched next month after a complete refurbishment.
The Clough Manor Hotel is already a favourite eating spot for families and friends, as well as an idyllic setting for weddings and all types of events.
And now owners Tony Leach and Phil Wareing, who took over two years ago, are giving the restaurant an extra boost with a whole new look and feel.
The dining area, which boasts panoramic views over the hills, will be repainted and decorated with new artwork and pictures featuring Saddleworth and Oldham scenes.
And it is being officially named ‘Cherrie @ Clough’ as a hark back to times gone by.
Tony and Phil said: “We want to bring a completely new feel to the restaurant and create its own identity.
“It will have an artisan feel, something warm and comfortable with great, home-made food using good quality produce.”
Customers can see the changes and try out the menu for themselves at a special relaunch event in early October, with date and time to be confirmed soon.
And to celebrate the occasion, Clough Manor will have a special Opening Offer: 50% off full menu prices valid at lunch times from 12noon-4pm on Friday and Saturdays (pre-bookings only, T&Cs apply).
They have weekly changing menus, and also offer a Sunday Lunch Menu, as well as everything from light bites to three-course evening meals.
Meanwhile, the 23 en-suite bedrooms at the former 18th-century farmhouse have all been refreshed, along with the bar area and events room, which is suitable for up to 200 people.
Clough Manor is also a great spot for businesses as it has facilities suitable for conferences, meetings or networking events.
