THERE WILL be fun for all the family at a Charity Day at the Kingfisher restaurant in Greenfield on Sunday, February 19 from 12noon-5pm.
There’ll be a candy floss stall and face painting for the children to enjoy, as well as a raffle and an auction to raise money for Dr Kershaw’s Hospice and The Children’s Heart Association.
To raise more pennies for the good causes, staff from the restaurant will be completing their three-day, 750-mile exercise bike ride on the day.
And there will also be a seven-aside Tug of War competition against staff from The Railway, with the losers being facing a forfeit of being dragged into a paddling pool!
