IT DOESN’T get much better than receiving football coaching from legend Paul Scholes and cricket from John Abrahams.
The pair both visited Greenfield Primary to put on coaching sessions for the pupils.
Former Manchester United and England midfield man Scholes put on a two-hour training session.
And former Lancashire cricketer Abrahams, the England under-19 manager, did likewise the following week.
Headteacher Mike Wood said: “It was an excellent opportunity for our youngsters to develop their skills.
“Children collected autographs and had pictures taken with both celebrities. Memories to treasure forever.”
