TYPICAL 9-5 working hours have been cast aside by a dedicated Mossley-based therapy centre as it now opens its doors to clients 65 hours a week.
The Body and Mind Therapy Centre on Arundel Street has recruited an additional staff member as they extend their opening hours to offer customers greater flexibility. 
Appointments with the hard-working team are now available six days a week, including late night bookings on Monday to Thursday until 9pm and on Friday until 8pm.
The centre, which opened in 2001, offers around 20 types of natural, holistic and relaxation therapies for pain and stress management, injury rehabilitation and health issues.
And owner Hazel Stopford hopes the extended hours will give clients, who include men, women and children of all ages, more choice when fitting in visits around busy schedules.
She said: “We are now open on Monday mornings as well as later on a Friday evening so we can offer clients more flexibility around appointments.
“Our dedicated reception staff are now available for you 65 hours a week by telephone or in person.”
A team of 15 fully qualified therapists work in six rooms at the centre to help people lead happier and healthier lives as well as understanding themselves and their bodies.
Therapies available include remedial massage and sports massage, acupuncture, nutritional therapy, hypnotherapy, counselling, family therapy and life coaching, aromatherapy, reflexology, Reiki and Indian Head massage.
Hazel added: “Complementary therapies can help so many people to manage their daily stresses or symptoms of pain through illness and dysfunction.
“We have always believed in offering excellent therapies at very competitive rates to ensure value for money as well as being friendly and approachable.”

The centre is wheelchair accessible and has a fully accessible ground floor treatment room. Same-day appointments can be accommodated but please ring ahead to book.
