TALENTED JUNIOR tennis players took their game to the next level as they swapped their social sessions for their first-ever competition.
An impressive total of 25 junior members entered the tournament at Tame Valley Squash and Tennis Club in Greenfield and it was a closely contested affair, with some excellent skills being displayed.
Aidan Hall was crowned winner of the age 11 and under category, Fraser Dallas triumphed at age 14 and under level and the age 17 and under title went to Richard Kiy.
If children are interested in trying tennis out, there are one-hour Saturday squads split dependent on ability. Please contact coach Mike Lightfoot for more information and availability on 07776 197803.
