TALENTED STUDENTS from a Greenfield karate club scooped medals at the UKASKO Nationals last month
Kamayaka Karate Club brought home gold and silver in the junior Kumite final as Tim Coulter defeated fellow pupil Jack Dunning, with Tim also clinching gold in Kata.
Katy Gaunt did exceptionally well to win silver in Kumite while Aiden Burns was very impressive as he appeared in his first competition.
The event, organised by Kevin Barlow 7th Dan and UKASKO Chairman Roy Stanhope 9th Dan, was well attended by clubs from all over the country.
