KIDS Car Boot would like to wish all their past, present and future customers and stall holders a very happy new year and that 2018 brings them all that they wish for.
Steve Winfield launched the popular children’s buy, sell and swap events with Kerri Roberts in 2012 and since then has seen hundreds of toys sold and £61,500 raised for Barnardo’s.
He said: “We have been putting the events on at Saddleworth School for the past five years.
“During that time, we have met hundreds if not thousands of people who have benefitted from our events, either grabbing a bargain, making some money from selling, or swapping a toy in our swap shop.
“If you haven’t been before why not come down or book a table? We are there on the first Sunday of each month.”
Kids Car Boot marked their fifth birthday last November, when a delicious birthday cake was baked by Kerri especially for the occasion.
The dates for events in 2018 are: 4 February, 4 March, 6 May, 1 July, 2 September, 7 October, 4 November and 2 December. All events run from 10am-12noon.
