The couple unveiled their first office at the end of January after converting the former NatWest bank building in Lees.

Now their services will be even more accessible for new and existing clients as they opened their second office – in the village Square in Uppermill – at the beginning of May.

With new carpets, furniture and decoration, the new office matches the modern, professional and friendly environment created at the Lees branch.

Rebecca, 33, who specialises in Property, Wills and Probate, Powers of Attorney, and Residential Landlord and Tenant disputes, will be based at the Uppermill office with a new assistant.

She said: “We’ve been incredibly busy over the last few months. To be able to push forward with the opening of our second office so soon is extremely pleasing. Uppermill was the obvious choice for us.”

“Our Lees office is ideally placed for our clients who come from the Tameside and Oldham side and now with the Uppermill office we’re right in the heart of Saddleworth too.”

Lawyer James, 35, specialises in Commercial/Corporate, Employment and Property law, and is known for his tenacious approach to Dispute Resolution with a commercial angle.

Both do an enormous amount of property work, particularly residential conveyancing, and are keen to share this with locals, including through their regular website property blogs.

James added: “With a proactive approach, we believe we can offer clients a service they can have complete confidence in.

“The opening of a second branch so soon is a great achievement and we are both extremely pleased with what we have achieved within a short space of time.

“Rebecca and I have worked tirelessly over the last few months and it is paying off. You get out what you put in and I think that is true of any aspect of your life.

“We are not the type to rest on our laurels and will continue to work hard to deliver the very best service to our clients that we can be proud of.

“We have already had word from other businesses and clients that the Uppermill office will be a welcome offering and we’re both excited about this next stage of expansion.”
