A TRIO of appointments as well as an office extension see O’Donnell Solicitors launch into the new year with further expansion at their award-winning law firm.
The firm prides itself on offering straight-talking and accessible advice to both individuals and businesses from its offices in Grasscroft and Uppermill.

The firm’s latest appointments, Giselle Williams, Gianna Lisiecki-Cunane, and David Pratt are an exciting announcement in further augmentation of their offering.
Giselle has more than 25 years’ experience as a commercial litigation solicitor and joins as head of dispute resolution.
She will deal with a broad mix of professional negligence, breach of contract, debt recovery, shareholder disputes, property litigation and contract disputes.

“Her appointment will facilitate the continued organic growth and future expansion of the firm, offering the highest level of advice to individuals and businesses.”
Gianna, formerly a partner at JMW Solicitors, will work alongside director and head of family law Anthony Jones after a surge in demand for services over the past 12 months.
Gianna, who lives in Saddleworth, is highly regarded in the field of family law and has more than 11 years of experience, including divorce, ancillary relief, cohabitation and complex children disputes.
Anthony commented: “Gianna’s appointment pays tribute to the success and expansion of the firm’s offering of family and children law ldvice.

David joins the firm’s busy conveyancing department as a post completions expert.
A former HM Land Registry officer, he brings expertise with his ability to handle bulk post completion stamping and registration formalities of land transactions at HMRC and HM Land Registry.
Rebecca O’Donnell said: “David will streamline the post completion formalities of any property transaction registerable at HM Land Registry.
“This will reduce the burden on the property fee earning staff and improve efficiency in what is a thriving department and in particular facilitate the quick registration of the new build sector of the department which proves to be another busy year ahead.”
The appointments come on the back of a year of growth for the firm, which saw them expand the footprint of their Grasscroft office, taking on an additional 2,000 sq ft.
