Oldfield ready for exciting new year projects

EXCITING JOBS are already on the horizon for the new year for a Grasscroft-based property development company as they celebrate a successful 2015.

Oldfield Construction, headed by brothers Andy and Stuart Potts, have more than 20 years’ experience completing high-quality commercial and home projects from start to finish.

During a busy last 12 months they have taken on new staff to boost their team to 12 to manage their bursting workload as the building industry booms.

And the fully qualified professionals will be raring to go in January when they will finish a project in Lees to transform the old Natwest Bank into offices for a solicitor’s practice.

Andy explained: “We’ve refurbished and refitted the building to create new offices inside and now it’s a vibrant, energetic, fresh-feeling practice, due to open early in the New Year.

“We’re looking forward to a break after a busy year but then we’ll be ready to complete this as well as start on some exciting new challenges.”

He added: “Merry Christmas and Happy New Year to our customers old and new. Thanks for all your custom and support, and all the best for 2016.”

Projects in the pipeline include building a swimming pool and fitness complex at a home in Wilmslow, and a four-storey games room and bed extension for a family in Hale.

The team will also be taking on a full modernisation of a large prestigious house in Mottram St Andrew’s for a wealthy, well-known personality.

Oldfield Construction’s work ranges from home improvements including extensions, conservatories, patios and kitchens to commercial contracts of new builds, renovations, and conversions. They pride themselves on their eco-friendly approach and energy-saving new build techniques using high-quality workmanship.
