Mr P Whiteman, The Old Bell Inn, Huddersfield Road, Delph: Internal alterations comprising installation of new staircase; Subject to no loss of historical features.
Mr Sedgwick, Ryefields Drive, Uppermill: Removal of existing conservatory, glazed bridge to connect to existing dwelling, and associated works.

United Utilities PLC, Saddleworth Wastewater Treatment Works, off Shaw Hall Bank Road: Construction of a washwater booster set kiosk.
Mr A Hurley, Land off Huddersfield Road, Greenfield: Erection of an earth sheltered dwelling cut into hillside; septic tank and reedbed filters; landscaping and improvements to access.
Mr Winstanley, Marsham Close, Grotton: Single storey rear extension.
Mr Maders, Church Road, Uppermill: Single storey side extension.
Mr E Madden, Oldham Road, Grotton: Two storey rear extension with juilet balcony.
Mr Norman, Oldham Road, Denshaw: Detached garage.
Mr & Mrs Longden, Huddersfield Road, Austerlands: Front and rear dormers; Subject to the design closely matching that of the adjoining property.
Hey House Farm, Ripponden Road, Denshaw: Change of use from barn into three dwellings with gardens, car parking and partial demolition of existing barn.
Mr Metcalfe, Former toilet block, Manchester Road, Greenfield: Change of use of building and associated land to cafe with ancillary information centre, community toilet and external seating area; Erection of single storey side and rear extension and pitched roof; And alterations to external elevations; Subject to providing screening to prevent visual intrusion and loss of amenity to the property across the river. Access to the toilets should be from within the cafe.
