Police appeal for public help to find missing Oldham man

POLICE ARE appealing for the public’s help to find a missing man from Oldham.

Alistair Simmons, 32, was last seen at 8.30am on Tuesday 18 August 2015 when he got out of his car on Ratcliffe Street in Spinghead and walked away.

He is described as white, around 6ft tall, of slim build, with short brown hair and brown eyes. He has tattoos on his forearms of Chinese-style symbols and a band with a name and date.

He was last seen wearing grey suit trousers and a pink shirt.

Detective Constable Adam Frank of Oldham division said: “Police and Alistair’s family are growing increasingly concerned about him and if you see him, please contact police.

“Alistair, if you see this please get in touch to let us know you are okay.”

Anyone with information about Alistair’s whereabouts should call police on 101 or the independent charity Crimestoppers, anonymously, on 0800 555 111.
