POLICE ARE growing increasingly concerned for the whereabouts of a missing man from Oldham.
Jeffrey Douglas, 54, was reported missing on 16 September 2015 and was last seen at 6pm on 25 August 2015 in Letham Street in Oldham. He has made no contact since and this is out of character.
Jeffrey has links to Manchester, Preston and the Ross Shine area of Scotland.
Jeffrey is white, about 6ft tall, of large build, with blue eyes, balding grey hair and a goatee beard.
He was last seen wearing a black hooded top, a leather waistcoat and navy blue Vans shoes.
Police are appealing for anybody who has seen Jeffrey or has any information about where he is to get in touch.
