RAISE A glass at a Real Ale and Cider Tasting evening on Friday, May 30 in aid of the Diggle Blues Festival.
The unique event, which will include a pie and peas supper, will be held at Diggle Band Club in conjunction with new Uppermill business The Saddleworth Real Ale Shop.
Money raised will go towards the hosting of the annual four-day Diggle Blues Festival, which features local musical talent at venues across the village and is free for spectators.
Tom Robinson, promotions co-ordinator for The Friends of Diggle Band Club, commented: “It promises to be a great event.
“At the same time, we are helping to promote a new business venture by Diggle residents Greg and Cath O’Neill – The Saddleworth Real Ale Company.”
Tickets for the event cost £6 each and are available from Diggle Band Club and The Saddleworth Real Ale Shop in Uppermill. The event starts at 7pm on Friday, May 30 at Diggle Band Club.
