AN UPPERMILL therapist is helping locals relax their way into Christmas with a range of refreshing treatments.
Uppermill Therapies was established on the village High Street in 2008 having previously been The Massage and Reflexology Centre in Mossley for 10 years.
Proprietor Karen Atkinson and associate therapists provide professional massage and reflexology treatments for men and women of all ages.

Uppermill Therapies specialises in sports massage, deep tissue massage and aromatherapy and pregnancy massage, with sessions ranging from 30 to 90 minutes.
