THE SADDLEWORTH Independent is hoping to go one better than last year at the O2 Media Awards North West 2019.
The popular monthly newspaper has been nominated for ‘community newspaper of the year’ at the prestigious awards – the category in which it finished runner-up last year.
This year’s presentation evening will be held at the AJ Bell Stadium in Salford, Manchester, on Thursday, November 7, with BBC Breakfast’s Louise Minchin and Dave Massey, O2’s Senior Corporate Communications Manager as hosts.
