AN EXCELLENT annual Concert for St George will be presented by the Saddleworth Male Voice Choir on Saturday, April 25 at 7.30pm in the Civic Hall, Uppermill.
The choir will be conducted by Musical Director Dorian Kelly as they sing a variety of pieces from their repertoire.
The finale gives the audience the opportunity to join in a flag waving sing-along to such favourites as There’ll always be an England, Jerusalem and Land of Hope and Glory.
Special guest this year will be the Saddleworth-based folk group the Hometowners with Tony Downes.
Tickets cost £10 from Saddleworth Museum, Uppermill Post Office or David Davies: 01457 873182.
