With four events over four days, each on a different route and terrain, the Tour is designed to challenge participants both physically and mentally, while still offering something for runners of all abilities.

Participants and teams are encouraged to raise money for local causes, and any profits from the event are donated back into the local community.

James added: “We all lead busy and stressful lives but as a firm we believe physical activity such as running can really help to relieve this.

“In addition, running alongside each other, spurring each other on during both training sessions and events themselves, has proven to be extremely rewarding and enjoyable.
