A WORLD champion whistler from Dobcross has been reflecting on a busy and successful 2014 – as well as launching into this year with a new album.
David Morris appeared in concerts in the United States last year, as well as his whistling skills featuring in high profile TV adverts for BMW Mini car and TSB Bank.
And just last month he released his fifth CD album called ‘Reflection’, backed by the excellent Ashton under Lyne Band, which contains a varied selection of soulful, uplifting pieces.
David said: “I called it Reflection because each piece of music takes me back to a particular moment in my life and musical career.”
The top whistler is currently busy appearing on many local radio stations around the UK chatting about his unique career and promoting his latest album.
