For the little shop off Uppermill High Street is a treasure trove of eye-catching and interesting products, stocked from floor to ceiling and even lining the roof.
From artwork, robots, beauty products, photographs, chocolate, jewellery, knitted goods, cards, dog bandanas, and children’s clothes to ironwork, felted goods, papercuts, bags, lights, glassware, books and more, there is certainly something for everyone.
Local traders showcasing their wares include: Woozlewood, Paddys Bandanas from Greenfield, Driftwood Designs, Pete Ross Glass and Ma’s Bars from Uppermill, Sara V Gartside Designs and David Schofield Images from Mossley.
With Christmas just around the corner, it is the perfect place to pick up a gift for a loved one that no one else will have thought of.
And there is more choice than ever as the shop, which celebrated its third birthday on November 7, now has 35 local artisans selling their wares there.
Business has boomed over the last year to the delight of owner Viki Taylor, who treated shoppers to cake and mulled wine on their birthday weekend to celebrate.
She said: “We’ve had a great year and November was our busiest month ever.
“We’ve been really busy all year and have lot of new traders joining us, which is great.
“Thank you to everyone who has supported us and please keep coming in to see the new and exciting products we have.”
