FROM FAMILY holidays to solo trips around the world, the popular paper is taken away on all sorts of trips by avid readers.
So when Saddleworth Golf Club enjoyed their recent ski trip to Serre Chevalier in the French Alps, they made sure to have a copy with them.
Pictured below, club members plus friends have a read before Lady Captain Julie Ward and Dave Newman get their hands on the paper.
The trip was organised by last year’s Club Captain Andy Dunster through local travel agent Ski Miquel and the group enjoyed the good fortune of good snow, and also sunshine throughout the week.
