GMP Saddleworth has confirmed a car jacking incident has occurred at Alexandra Mill in Uppermill.

The incident occurred at 6.00pm April 1 in broad daylight.

Thieves made off with a red Porsche Cayman, which was driven off out of Mill Street and along Uppermill High Street towards Oldham.

Police enquiries are at an early stage and are ongoing by officers from both CID and uniform.
