FESTIVE fun saw children get creative across Springhead, Lees and Grotton thanks to a scavenger hunt and bunting competition.
More than 750 colourful pieces of bunting are brightening up local business windows across the villages after being designed and made by children.
Business windows were also the centre of attention for the annual scavenger hunt which sees participants search high and low across the villages for clues.
Children visited each business listed on their competition sheet to find the pictures in their windows and decode the messages.
Four winners of each competition were given festive goodie bags, kindly donated by Lees Village service Station, Grotton One Hair, Beauty, Nails & Tanning Salon and Pictureful Of Memories.
The festive projects are run by LSG Business Hub, who organise events, activities and fundraising to benefit the local community. Find out more on their Facebook page.
