Cotton Clouds Festival hits right notes at packed out cricket club

MUSIC echoed around Greenfield’s hills as Cotton Clouds Festival made a return to a packed out Saddleworth Cricket Club.

Starsailor headlined the two-day event, hot on the heels of their headline appearances at Vicar’s Picnic in Maidstone, and Penn Festival in Buckinghamshire.

Also performing were Sister Sledge, Toploader, The Orielles, Lightning Seeds, The Pigeon Detectives, Badly Drawn Boy, The Allergies, Scarlet, Hyde Park Brass, and Billy Bibby and The Wry Smiles.

The organisers commented on their website: “A huge thanks to all the people who made Cotton Clouds such an amazing couple of days.

“Everyone who worked, each and every performer and our amazing audience who make it all possible.”
