Don’t lose your right to vote

OLDHAM COUNCIL is reminding residents to ensure they are registered to vote in the forthcoming Local and European Elections in May. Oldham Council logo

Electoral registration forms have been delivered to households in the borough and residents are urged to complete and return the form as soon as possible.

The elections are an opportunity for people to select their councillors and exercise their democratic right.

If you think you may not be on the electoral register or you have not received your electoral registration form, you must contact the Council’s Elections Office as soon as possible.

To be sure of getting on the revised register, the deadline for returning your form is Friday, February 7.

Local government and European Parliamentary elections will be held across England on Thursday, May 22.
