GENEROUS FUNDRAISERS have given a welcome donation to help towards Delph Methodist car park appeal.
The Senior Citizens of Delph gave the £392 boost to assist with essential repair work, including tarmacking the car park.
The money was part of a staggering £784 raised by a superb show “The Home Front”, performed by Carole Moody and Suzanne Mather, who presented an excellent selection of songs and sketches commemorating the morale and perseverance of the UK during World War Two.

The Methodist Church needs to raise thousands of pounds for essential repair work on the car park.
To help they are hosting ‘Around the World in Five Dishes’ on Saturday, May 10 at Stoneswood Farm.
The event of fabulous food, fantasy, and fun will include a ‘Tour the World’ courtesy ofRavenstone Catering, cocktails by Jet 1 and Jet 2 and entertainment from Rick Dzyre in cabaret.
