THE RUN up to the Festive season is such a busy time for us all, taking its toll on your body, face and nails.

So when the day finally arrives how do you make it look like Santa’s little helpers have done all your hard work?

• At least two weeks before treat yourself to a hydrating facial. This will help to eliminate any toxins and make the skin look and feel refreshed, smooth and glowing. This will prepare a perfect base for your Christmas party make-up.
• Get your hands and feet pampered with a luxury manicure and pedicure. This involves exfoliation of the hands, a hydrating mask and heat treatment to help smooth out the skin and plump up with moisture to help protect from the cold weather.
• For permanent polished nails why not try gel polish. It will last for at least two weeks, comes in a variety of colours and you can add some glitter for the party season to really show off your hands and feet.
• Treat yourself to a full body massage and help to relax those tired and aching muscles. This will also help to flush out toxins making way for the extra food and alcohol consumed over the party season!

All of these treatments not only help you look and feel better on the outside but are an excellent way of relaxing the mind and body, making you feel good inside and out.

All of these treatments are available at the Colour Rooms training salons at Oldham College, contact 0161 785 4162.
