JONES Homes is preparing to welcome the first residents to a new community in the picturesque Holmfirth village of Hade Edge.
Heather View is a collection of three, four and five-bedroom homes on Dunford Road. The first purchasers will move into their homes during the spring.
Each of the 58 homes will be built to the exacting standards for which Jones Homes is known. High specification, exemplary design and unrivalled quality are the hallmarks of their properties.
At Heather View, this can already be seen in the stunning four-bedroom detached Holcombe show home, which opened earlier this year.
Jayne Swift, Sales and Marketing Director for Jones Homes Yorkshire, said: “Hade Edge is a highly sought-after village which appeals to a wide range of people.
“Its countryside location offers the tranquillity so many people crave, yet Sheffield, Manchester, Leeds and Huddersfield are easily accessible by road.
“Our homes are generating interest from people who already live in the village and are looking to make their next move, as well as those from further afield.
“We have designed a range of homes to reflect the broad appeal of the area, ranging from three-bedroom semi-detached to five-bedroom detached houses.”
Three-bedroom semi-detached homes at Heather View are currently available from £259,995. The Beverley house type has a spacious kitchen-dining area and separate lounge downstairs, with three bedrooms, a family bathroom and en suite to the master bedroom upstairs. The house comes with two parking spaces.
Four-bedroom detached houses start at £378,995 for the popular Holcombe house type. The four-bedroom Banbury house with integral garage is available for £389,995 and the Northwood, which has a detached garage, starts at £395,995.
Just one five-bedroom home is currently available for sale. The grand Stratton house type is priced at £515,995.
Jones Homes has a long heritage in the Holmfirth area, having built more than 20 developments in Kirklees over the past 20 years. Work is currently nearing completion at The Orchards, a development of 30 homes in Netherthong.
As part of its planning agreement for Heather View, Jones Homes has invested more than £500,000 to support the community, including contributions towards education and road improvements. Twelve affordable homes will also be built to address local housing need.
Heather View is open from 10am to 5pm on Mondays, Thursdays and Fridays, and from 11am to 5pm on Saturdays and Sundays.
