The work of local artists will go on display as Friezland Parish Church hosts its annual Art Exhibition.
The popular event returns from Friday, September 18 to Sunday, September 20, with 18 local artists already confirmed to exhibit their work.
There will also be displays from Saddleworth Floral Arts, adding floral exhibits to the weekend’s programme.
The exhibition will begin with a special Preview Evening on Friday from 7.30pm, giving visitors an early opportunity to view the artwork while enjoying a glass of wine. Admission to the preview is £5.
The exhibition will then be open free of charge from 10am until 4pm on Saturday and from noon until 4pm on Sunday.
A café will also be open during the weekend serving tea, coffee and cakes.
The annual exhibition provides an opportunity for artists from across the area to showcase their work while welcoming the community into Friezland Parish Church.
