SPRINGHEAD SOLICITOR Joanne Jones has joined one of Oldham’s leading law firms, Pearson Solicitors and Financial Advisers, to bring a wealth of experience and excellent client care to the expanding firm.
Having qualified as a solicitor in 2009, Joanne has also been a member of the Society of Trust and Estate Practitioners (STEP) since 2012.
STEP is a worldwide professional association for practitioners in the field of Trust and Estate administration, promoting excellence, best practice and professional integrity.
Joanne, a keen runner who enjoys spending time with her family and friends, is also an Associate member of Solicitors for the Elderly and is currently working towards becoming a Full Accredited member.
She is well-equipped to deal with a range of private client matters including drafting wills, administering estates when people have died, providing general planning and tax advice, preparing powers of attorney and Court of Protection applications and advising on trusts.
“Pearson’s are progressive in their thinking, their whole ethos is about client care and working together as a team for the greater benefit of the client,” said Joanne.
“By being part of a large and growing firm we are really able to work in our clients’ best interest, share best practice and provide a complete package of services to them fully advising them of their legal needs.
“It’s great to see generations of Saddleworth families coming to the firm, but what I am really excited about is welcoming more clients and introducing them to the wealth of services Pearson’s provide.”
Private Client Partner, Daniel Prince, said: “I am very happy to welcome Joanne to the team, someone as experienced as Joanne is a valuable addition to our growing department, particularly in her specialised area of dealing with elderly clients which will be of long-term benefit both to clients and the development of the firm.”
