Oldham Coliseum Theatre presents a special treat for children and their families this half term with a comedy adaptation of classic fairy tale, Snow White.
The production features the comic talents of Maggie Fox and Sue Ryding, better known as LipService, a multi-award winning duo who have been writing and performing together since 1985.
They have teamed up with Engine House, the company behind acclaimed productions of Red Riding Hood and Flat Stanley, while the director is Olivier award winning Mike Kenny.
With endless meals to prepare, a never ending pile of dishes to wash… not to mention that huge and ridiculous mirror that needs polishing morning, noon and night, life’s never easy for Bijou and Beryl, the clumsy cooks who look after the royal household and the king’s daughter, Snow White.
It’s mayhem in the kitchen – crammed with cooking, chaos and cakes – but it’s a show that’s bound to entertain the whole family.
Snow White is on at Oldham Coliseum Theatre on Thursday 2 June at 2.30pm and 6pm.
Tickets are £8 / £28 for a Family Ticket (up to four tickets including one full-priced adult).
Tickets can be bought in person at Oldham Coliseum Theatre, by phone on 0161 624 2829 or online at www.coliseum.org.uk
