SPRING HAS delivered a new wave of success for a top Saddleworth construction and property development company in both its work and community involvements.

Oldfield Construction, headed by Andy and Stewart Potts, has just become an improved installer for Tata Steel Colourcoat Urban, who specialise in metal-clad buildings.
The 21-year-old company can now work with clients on more sustainable and energy-efficient steel projects, which expands their already eco-friendly approach and energy-saving new build techniques.
And with the changing season have come more demands for outside home improvements as clients put in requests for new patios in anticipation of the summer sun.
Keen to be at the heart of commercial as well as home renovations, Oldfield are also busy revamping houses in Cheadle into low-cost flats following a similar successful project in Salford.
And three staff members are juggling their work schedules with training for a triathlon in Nantwich in June to raise money for Cancer Research.

For a welcome break, the company started sponsoring the kit for Oldham and District under 11s cricket team last month, which Stewart’s children Tom, 10, and Will, 7, play for.
The youngsters have already given their backers something to cheer for after a bright start to the season, including bowling out defending champs Salford to beat them by 33 runs.
Oldfield’s work ranges from home improvements, including extensions, conservatories, patios and kitchens, to commercial contracts of new builds, renovations, and conversions.
