Mr and Mrs Mercer, The Park, Grasscroft: Outline planning application for dwelling and garage.
Mr J Gradwell, Oldham Road, Springhead: Creation of independent shop unit at first floor level; first floor rear extension and installation of external staircase; creation of flat occupying part of first floor level and second floor level; and alterations to shop front.
Mrs Halliwell, Two Acre Lane, Strinsedale: Demolition of existing stables and erection of new stables.
Chorlton Planning Ltd, Oaklands Court, Grasscroft: Single story extension to western elevation and patio with associations landscaping.
Mr Swidells. Kinders Lane, Greenfield: Bedroom extension and change of garage to kitchen.
