Hei Hei, High Street, Uppermill: Change of use from restaurant to restaurant with hot food takeaway; retrospective approval as change of use has already taken place.
Mr S Walsh, Roebuck Lane, Strinesdale: Retention of holiday let within unit 1 and change of use unit 2 from physiotherapy/rehabilitation clinic to form extension to unit 3.
Mr I Howarth, Huddersfield Road, Diggle: Single storey rear extension.
Mr B Woods, Chew Brook Drive, Greenfield: Erection of a rear balcony.
Mrs Scott, Gibbs Close, Greenfield: Single storey side extension.
Dronsfield Ltd, Woodbrook Farm, Laureates Place, Springhead: Certificate of lawfulness for existing vehicle breaking / dismantling and scrap yard, and associated garage building.

Mr Lowe, Mantley Lane, Denshaw: Demolition of existing single storey side extension, erection of two storey side extension and front porch.
Mr P Garside, Hill End Road, Delph: Erection of a two storey rear extension; subject to discussion about design of balcony.
Ashlea Construction, Station Road, Grotton: First floor extension to form two bedroom flat with juliette balcony to rear, two storey rear extension and addition of two parking spaces to the front garden area.
