Mrs Haynes, Huddersfield Road, Oldham: Sub-division of dwelling to create three dwellings.
Mr Rayner, Oaklands Park, Grasscroft: Erection of dwelling.
Mr Pickering, Hollins Road, Lees: Single storey rear extension.
Mr R Duckworth, Fernthorpe Avenue, Uppermill: Front dormer.
Mr Edwards, Oldham Road, Grasscroft: Two storey side extension; Rear dormer window; Outbuilding to rear; And associated works.
Friezland Primary School, Church Road, Greenfield: Reduce levels of existing play area and construct multi use games area.
Mr Chadderton, Grotton Meadows, Grotton: Erection of single storey and two storey/first floor side extensions; two storey front and rear extensions; provision of dormers to front elevation; and associated works.
Asim Group, Scouthead Filling Station, Huddersfield Road, Scouthead: Outline application for demolition of petrol filling station and erection of nine residential units and 1 retail unit; Access and layout to be considered.
