POLICE AND fire services rushed to the scene of a crash in Grasscroft in which a car was severely damaged.
The incident occurred on Thursday, January 12, 2017 and saw the road temporarily closed, with traffic diversions put in place while debris was cleared.
A spokesperson for GMP confirmed: “Police was called at 12.45pm on 12/01/17 to an RTC on Oldham Road involving a grey Honda estate and a stationary lorry.
“No injuries reported, road was closed but reopened by 2.30pm.”
