Police are growing increasingly concerned for the whereabouts of a missing teenager from Oldham.
16-year-old Kanis Chowdhury was last seen at her home in Oldham on Tuesday 18 August 2015. She left the house and has not been seen since.
Kanis is Bangladeshi and is described as being of slim build, 5ft tall and has collar-length black hair. She speaks with an Oldham accent.
She normally wears Western-style clothes, but has access to traditional Bangla dress.
Detective Constable Tony Anwas of Oldham division said: “Police and her family are appealing to Kanis to come home.
“Kanis if you see this please get in touch so we know you are safe.”
