A JAM-PACKED year lies ahead for a top Saddleworth construction and property development company as their work takes them up and down the country.

Oldfield Construction, headed by Andy and Stewart Potts, are currently working in Mobberley to renovate some stables which house the Chinese Olympic team.
Also not too far away in Hale, their work continues on a conversion at an ‘intelligent’ house to add a cheese and wine cellar, a cinema room and a snooker room in the basement.
Their work has also taken the team of eight further afield to Abersoch where they arerepairing storm damaged beach huts ready for the holiday season.
Meanwhile, some of the staff are also planning to push their personal limits as they will sign up for challenges including the Wilmslow half-marathon and other triathlons.
This follows ‘Team Oldfield’s success in the Nantwich Triathlon and endurance assault course ‘Tough Mudder’ to raise money for Cancer Research last year.

Established 21 years ago, Oldfield Construction prides itself on its eco-friendly approach and energy-saving new build techniques, and focuses on high-quality workmanship and being timescale and budget-sensitive.
Their work ranges from home improvements including extensions, conservatories, patios and kitchens to commercial contracts of new builds, renovations, and conversions.
