Residents views sought on pharmaceutical services

OLDHAM COUNCIL is seeking the views of residents who use pharmaceutical services.

The survey seeks to find out about residents’ experiences of using a pharmacy and asks them to suggest improvements to their current service.

The findings will help to improve the services delivered by Oldham’s pharmacies. This could be extended opening hours, weekend/bank holiday openings, access to private consulting rooms, the way in which their medicines are dispensed (home delivery or collection) and services to target specific health problems common in the local community.

The survey has been developed in conjunction with the NHS Greater Manchester Shared Services (GMSS) and Healthwatch Oldham.

All answers will be treated confidentially and information will not be shared with any third parties other than NHS GMSS that will hold and interpret the data.
