OLDHAM RL fans are reminded that tickets for Saturday’s sixth round Ladbrokes Challenge Cup tie against Super League leaders Warrington Wolves at Bower Fold (3pm) will be on sale from the club’s office at Whitebank (inside the ground) at various times this week.
The match is NOT all-ticket. Admission can be gained on the day, but the club is urging supporters to consider buying up front to ease congestion around the turnstiles on the day and also to make it easier for the fans themselves.
Usual prices apply: standing, adults £15, concessions £12, under-16s £3; seats, adults £17, concessions £14, under-16s £5.
It goes without saying that Roughyeds hope fans turn up in big numbers to give the boys the big vocal support they thoroughly deserve after their gigantic effort in winning at Hull KR in the last round and their achievement in winning their last three games at Bower Fold against Batley Bulldogs, Sheffield Eagles and Featherstone Rovers.
Tickets will be on sale at Whitebank as follows:
TUESDAY: 9.30am to 1.30pm
WEDNESDAY: 9.30am to 3pm and 6pm to 7pm
THURSDAY: 9.30am to 1.30am
FRIDAY: 9.30am to 4pm
The Challenge Cup will be on view at the Whitebank Stadium tomorrow (Wednesday) between 6pm to 7pm to promote the tie and also to coincide with the start of the club’s weekly touch rugby sessions that will run each Wednesday from tomorrow throughout the summer.
They are between 7pm and 9pm, fun based and open to any age or gender. Just turn up on the night and it’s £3 per session.
