A TOP estate agent is celebrating after scooping two prestigious awards for the second year running.
Independent Estate Agent Ryder and Dutton was crowned North West Agency of the Year and Large Estate Agency of the Year at The Negotiator’s annual event.
A glittering ceremony was held at The Hilton for the awards, which celebrate the very best estate agencies, lettings agencies, auctioneers and property industry suppliers countrywide.
Host Alistair McGowan gave an entertaining speech before presenting the 33 Awards with the help of Grant Leonard from The Negotiator and an array of generous Award sponsors.
Ryder and Dutton were shortlisted for the North West Agency of the Year and Large Estate Agency of the Year 2015, with awards judged by 18 leading industry specialists.
Having been recognised as the best agent in the region, the company then went on to win the main award of the evening Large Agency of the Year 2015, retaining their title from 2014.
The judges described Ryder and Dutton as “an independent agency that stands at the forefront of estate agency technology whilst understanding the need for high quality customer care.”
And Ryder and Dutton, who have an office on Uppermill High Street, were delighted with their success.

The awards were followed by more success for the company as they won the ‘Best Agent North West Regional Award’ at the Relocation Agent Network national conference.
The annual prize is awarded on a number of criteria measuring the agent’s overall contribution to Relocation Agent Network, customer satisfaction and a proven record of helping relocating buyers move in and out of the area.
The conference culminated in an evening black tie Awards Dinner hosted by well-known comedian Tim Vine, who announced Ryder and Dutton’s award win.
