FOLLOWING A roof-raising Summer Concert, the Saddleworth Singers are looking forward to the next season as their Christmas rehearsals will start on Tuesday, September 2.
The choir, led by Musical Director Hilary Henderson and Accompanist Rachael Gibbon, will return to Springhead Community Centre, on Ashes Lane for their practice sessions.
They welcome singers of all abilities and ages to join them to learn a varied repertoire of songs, aiming to appeal to all the family and for all occasions.
They will sing at Uppermill Methodist Church on Saturday, September 27 to help raise funds for the Church Organ at Greenfield Methodist and on Saturday, November 1 they have been invited to sing at a wedding at Dobcross Church.
Then their Christmas Concert will take place on Saturday, December 13, with more details coming soon.
