I MEANT to start my summer body after Christmas, but what with a cold, dark and wet evenings and plenty of left-over Christmas chocolate I’ve not really done much about it yet.
However I figure if I dig out my trainers and start doing 20 minutes of exercise every few days and ask the family to get me a body treatment instead of an Eater egg then I can still be bikini ready by the time my July holiday roles around!
