TWO males have been remanded in custody to appear before a crown court after being charged with the murder of a man in Linthwaite.

Kiyran Earnshaw, 18, and a 15-year-old youth who cannot be named for legal reasons both appeared before Leeds Magistrates Court on January 20 charged with the murder of Robert Wilson, 53, in an incident in Linthwaite on January 16.
Earnshaw was also charged with two offences of possession of a bladed article and Section 18 assault, while the 15-year-old also appeared charged with an offence of possession of a bladed article.
Both were remanded in custody to appear before Leeds Crown Court on Wednesday January 22.
